Ibrahim Ra'isi: Hezbollah in Lebanon has become an influential element in the regional equations
In a message to Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah, Ibrahim Ra'isi wrote that Hezbollah had become "an effective element in the regional equation" and that "no political, military or security party in the region and no international power can ignore the group's existence."
