Kianoosh Jahanpour, a spokesman for the Food and Drug Administration, told the Iranian newspaper that those who had received the Astraznka vaccine in Armenia could not go to the Ministry of Health for a second dose.

He said these people should either inject the second dose in the same country or "start from scratch" in Iran.
