Jalil al-Maliki, head of the Central Bar Association, said in response to the revelation of the videos of Evin Prison that "the punishment of partial officers and the removal of the disabled" would not prevent these "insulting" actions.

He called for periodic visits to prisons by NGOs, especially bar associations, and an impartial report.
