Chief: A special governor will be elected for some provinces

Referring to the statements of several members of parliament about the situation in Khuzestan and Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, Ebrahim Ra'isi once again promised that a special governor would be elected for some provinces of Iran, given special powers and invited to the government.
