Mohammad Reza Naqdi, the deputy commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, in response to the blocking of the Chief Justice's page on "Instagram", wrote a letter to Parliament urging an acceleration of the plan to restrict the Internet. He described the opponents of the parliamentary plan as a bunch of hypocrites with comments, and said to the parliamentarians: "Do not be afraid of them."
