MP Zonnour: If U.S attacks Iran, Israel will be annihilated in half an hour

The chairman of the national security committee in Iran’s parliament, Mojtaba Zonnour, says if the United States attacks Iran, Israel’s life would be over in less than half an hour.

On Sunday, the former representative of the supreme leader to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said: “What Trump says about canceling the attack 10 minutes before it started is a political bluff. If Americans thought the attack would be successful, they wouldn’t cancel it.”

Zonnour continued: “First of all, Trump is a businessman and he is after financial benefit, he is not a man of war. Second, All the people that Mr. Trump consults with believed an American attack would fail. Third, what we have done has been preventive. America has 36 bases in the region, aside from the Zionist regime. Today we have intelligence superiority and we observe changes in American bases by the second.”

He went on to say: “If the Americans want to attack, we have reviewed all the scenarios. We have predicted all the possibilities and whatever the Americans do, we are prepared to respond harsher. For example, they say our ship carries 60 or 70 planes. No matter how much they are trying to scare us with its big size, the reality is the bigger the target, the easier it is to hit. They might fly a few planes from it, but we will drown their aircraft carrier with 7000 crew. God willing, we are able to do all of this and if they attack us we have no problem responding.”
