The commander of IRGC’s Qods Force (international operations), Qasem Soleimani called the other countries in the region “political midgets” with borrowed power.

He claimed that Iran is the most powerful country in the region.

Soleimani also claimed that the Americans’ goal for what he calls the 2nd JCPOA is to “annihilate the true and original Islam and replace it with Jewish and Wahhabi Islam. They want to dry out the root of Islamist movements.”

 The commander of Qods force, which is considered a terrorist organization by most western and middle eastern countries, emphasized that Iran is quite powerful in the region and the world, and that “some countries in the region have some borrowed authority, and some have money but lack authority, and these are political midgets and have no international authority.”

Yesterday, he stated in another speech that “Saudi Arabia and Qatar have economic power or weapons, or a country like Japan has the technology and economic power, but they do not have authority.”

He called Bashar Assad “the champion of Arabs” and said: “being the champion of the Arabs was not possible without relying on an Islamist regime.”
