In a video message directed at the Islamic Republic officials, Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel warned: “We know what you are doing, and we know where you are doing it.”

In the video, which was published on Sunday, February 3, while referring to the recent ballistic missile test by the Islamic Republic, Netanyahu said: “We continue our efforts against the regime of Iran to ensure the security and future of Israel.”

Yesterday, Amir Hatami, the defense minister of the Islamic Republic announced the new “Hoveyzeh” missiles. The prime minister’s message seems to be the first official response to the news.

The ground cruise missile with the range of 1350 Km was built by the ministry of defense and delivered to IRGC aerospace forces.

The officials of the ministry say the missile has been successfully tested at 1200 km and has abilities such as “quick response, low altitude, high navigation and target precision with high destructive force.”

Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) aerospace force claimed that the “cruise missiles are coming.”

While pointing out that Iran has around 20 types of ground ballistic missiles, he boasted about Islamic Republic’s success in building jet engines.

These announcements regarding long-range cruise missiles come at a time when Iran is under increasing pressure by the U.S and European countries for its ballistic missile program.

Iran’s high-ranking military officials last week rejected the notion of negotiation over Iran’s missile program.

Previously, General Jafari, the commander of IRGC had claimed that the range of their missiles will remain under 2000 Km by the order of the supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei.
