Iran: Jihadi Armies Should Deliver American Forces to Iran for Trial

Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic regime of Iran, said the U.S decision to designate Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization was “idiotic” and added that the IRGC is in the front lines of the political and military war with the enemy.

Khamenei also called the U.S decision “evil” and claimed that the “enemies of the Islamic Republic” are moving toward their death bed.

Hassan Rouhani, the president of the Islamic Republic responded to the U.S decision by saying that the IRGC is the main force in the fight against terrorism. While expressing his strong support for the IRGC actions in Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, President Rouhani stated that the U.S has failed to cause division in Iran. He also announced that during the last year Iran has developed missiles that “the U.S cannot even imagine.”

The speaker of the Majles (parliament), Ali Larijani, who once called President Obama a racial slur, responded to yesterday’s announcement by calling the United States “a thief government” and “founder and supporter of terrorist groups”.

In another reaction, Mehr News Agency has published a bill written by the members of Majles, in which they designate the U.S military forces as “terrorists” and call to confiscate and conquer American bases and properties in the region.

The bill also calls on all the armed forces in the world, specifically “freedom fighters, and jihadi armies,” to practice their “right” to military conflict with the U.S, and if they capture American forces, deliver them to Iran for trial.

Members of Majles were wearing black today as a sign of mourning.
