International Support for the Arrested Environmental Activists

Over 330 academic scholars and environmental activists from 66 countries signed a petition in support of the arrested Iranian environmental activists.

According to Science magazine, in their open letter to the supreme leader of the Islamic Republic, the signatories emphasized that the Iranian environmental activists were doing their moral duty.

In the letter which was also sent to the head of the judiciary, the signatories demanded a fair trial and access to attorneys for the environmental activists.
