Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the new speaker of Iran’s parliament, announced that the message of Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic regime of Iran for the first day of the 11th parliament, will be the road map of the parliament for the next four years. Khamenei had stated that the Islamic Republic “has not received a desirable score in the area of justice.”
Khamenei said this outcome is an undesirable reality and that everyone must make “mental and practical efforts to improve the lives of vulnerable classes as a priority.”
Governor of Qom reported shortage of masks in Qom pharmacies
Morteza Heidati, the Governor of Qom city said although 13 units are manufacturing masks in the province, currently the pharmacies in Qom province are facing a shortage of masks.

Workers protests continue across Iran
On Monday, workers of Haft-Tappeh Sugarcane company, Kut Abdollah municipality, Bushehr municipality, high-voltage posts operators in Hormozgan, Oil and Gas ministry workers, retirees of the National Communications Company protested across the country.
The workers' strike in Haft-Tappeh Sugarcane company entered its 15th day. #Workers have demanded their unpaid wages of three months, extending workers' insurance, the return of all the fired colleagues, the arrest of the CEO, and returning all the embezzled money to workers.
Arrested student killed in Intelligence Ministry holding in Kermanshah
Hengaw Human Rights Organization reported that a pharmacology student at Kermanshah University, Khalil Moradi, was killed under torture in the Intelligence Ministry holding. According to sources close to the family.
Khalil Moradi was arrested in November of 2018 for cooperation with an Iranian Kurdish dissident group.
His family had no information on his condition and whereabouts until last month when “they paid money to a government official and found out their son is in Intelligence Ministry holding with unclear charges.”
The Intelligence Ministry of Kermanshah told the family that their son was killed in a car accident.

Wall Street Journal reported that as the U.S. and other world powers hurtle toward a confrontation over the Iran nuclear accord, European diplomats are trying to forge a compromise to save the deal from collapse by proposing a limited extension of the arms embargo on Tehran.
A five-year ban on conventional-arms trade with Iran was included in the 2015 nuclear deal and is set to expire on October 18.
Exams in Mazandaran University cancelled after 9 coronavirus cases in dorm
The Dean of the Mazandaran University of Medical Science confirmed 9 cases of coronavirus in the dormitory of the university and said the students have been quarantined and the exams are canceled.
According to the dean, none of the nine students show any symptoms and are in good health.
